Transcore Limited is a building and Civil Engineering company based in Malton, North Yorkshire. Established in 1990 it has progressively grown and currently has a turnover of approximately £5,750,000 per annum.

We currently employ approximately 35 personnel. This consists of operatives through to highly skilled tradesman with competent site managers in place to oversee all works.

The workforce has a wealth of experience in all aspects of building and civil engineering work and as our attached training record programme proves we are always looking to improve in all areas with special emphasis on health & safety.

client base

Our client base includes framework agreements with companies such as Yorkshire Water and Yorkshire Housing. A Termed Maintenance Contract with Scarborough Borough council and ongoing facilities maintenance contract with ESS, (Compass group).

We are on the approved tender lists for City of York council, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Ryedale Council, Scarborough Borough Council, North Yorkshire County Council, Carillion Enterprise Ltd (MOD), Yorkshire Water, York Housing and Yorkshire Housing.
